Elinor Seath is CEO of Remixd CIC and a highly skilled cultural placemaker who uses arts, culture and creativity to drive dynamic, inclusive community regeneration. With over 25 years’ experience working in and alongside communities, Elinor has led programmes of place activation, creative training and mental health interventions that support children, young people and adults to thrive. A qualified teacher of art and mental health, she brings a deeply collaborative and people-centred approach to her work, connecting communities, partners and places through creativity. Elinor is also an experienced fundraiser and strategic leader, with a strong track record of securing multi-year funding, building partnerships and delivering impactful, community-led change.

Clare Inkster is a researcher and consultant with over 20 years’ experience exploring people, behaviour and context. Having spent much of her career in corporate research, Clare has deep expertise in understanding why people do what they do and how change happens. In recent years, she has expanded into applied positive psychology, specialising in curiosity and compassion, and has applied her skills in evaluation and behaviour change across sustainability innovation and impact measurement. Clare is passionate about creating conditions that enable people to live well and brings both rigorous research expertise and a wellbeing lens to measuring the impact of community initiatives. Alongside her consultancy work, she also teaches yoga and mindfulness, blending evidence-based insight with embodied practice.Elinor Seath

Anupam Yog is a Non-Executive Director at Remixd CIC and the author of the XID. He brings a strategic, systems-thinking approach to the organisation, supporting Remixd’s mission to deliver inclusive, creative and community-led regeneration. As an author and thinker, Anupam is interested in how ideas, identity and innovation shape culture and social change. His role as a Non-Executive Director provides critical challenge, insight and governance, helping to strengthen Remixd’s long-term vision, impact and sustainability.
